  • Understanding your business

    Every single campaign starts with understanding you, your business, what you offer and your customer base. Once we have grasped this we will look to align on the key metrics to measure the success of a mobile campaign.

  • The Brief

    Do you have a specific promotion or offer at the moment? Great! Rich SMS is the perfect medium in which to engage your customers, to tell them about it. We can follow your specific brief or provide you with creative ideas from our wealth of experience.

  • Campaign Design

    This is where our team of designers and copywriters take control. Based on the outcome(s) to achieve (product promotion, client survey, increase traffic etc.), we will design a campaign which will provide a great experience for the customers.

  • Sign-off

    We run several tests so you can see exactly what the users will see prior to going live. This is an opportunity for you not only to see the design, but check the links, features etc. With SMS often read within 3 minutes of being received, you can bet the results will come in fast.

  • Data & Analysis

    We gather not only the usual standard statistics (click rate etc.) but also measure the user behaviour, where people spent their time engaging most etc. This means that we will be able to understand what worked well & what didn’t.

    GDPR will impact your ability to execute campaigns such as this as you will need to make sure that every single person you send a message to has provided you with their consent to receiving SMS. This being said, now is the best time to request consent from your customer base, before it is too late. Our campaigns can incorporate opt-in, Rich SMS is often the most effective and quickest way to get responses from your customers, so why wait until May!


  • How many contacts do I need to have successful Rich SMS campaign?

    The real question about your database is not really “how big” but rather “how qualified” or “how segmented”. It is better to have 5000 contacts who are your typical audience than a database of 20000 contacts including unrelated personas to whom your product is not (and will never be) relevant. Our job is then to ensure that the messages that are sent to your database are relevant, engaging and optimised so you can maximise your return.


  • How quickly can we get started?

    We can design, test and send your first Rich SMS campaign within 1-week. However, we need at least 1 month notice to make this happen, this is due to the data and the importance of accuracy and segmentation. The campaign is only ever as good as the data we have to work on. There is also testing to do, to make sure you are 100% happy before we go live.
